What age groups do you teach?
We teach children from ages 4 to 12, with classes structured by age and skill level to ensure every child gets the attention and instruction they need to succeed.
Do I need to buy equipment for the free class?
No, we provide everything for your free trial class, including a complimentary uniform (worth £35). Your child can start training immediately with no upfront costs.
Can I stay and watch my child's class?
Yes, we encourage parents to stay and watch! We have a comfortable viewing area where you can see your child's progress firsthand and witness their growth session by session.
How often are classes held?
We offer flexible scheduling with classes multiple times per week. After your free trial, we'll help you choose a schedule that fits your family's routine.
What if my child is shy or nervous?
That's exactly why many parents bring their children to us! Our instructors are specially trained to work with shy children, helping them build confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment. Many of our most confident students started out shy.
Do I need to stay during my child's class?
You're welcome to stay and watch from our comfortable viewing area, or you can drop off and pick up your child. Many parents use class time to run errands or relax, knowing their child is in safe, caring hands. We'll keep you updated on their progress either way!
What should my child wear for their first class?
Just comfortable clothes like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. We'll provide your FREE uniform (worth £35) at the first class, so your child will be ready to train right away. They'll train barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Are classes suitable for shy or beginner kids?
Absolutely! We specialise in helping shy and beginner children thrive. Our classes are structured to build confidence gradually in a fun, non-intimidating way. Every child progresses at their own pace, and our instructors give individual attention to ensure your child feels supported every step of the way.
How long is the free trial?
Your child gets a full class session completely free — no strings attached. This gives them plenty of time to experience our teaching style, meet the instructors, and see if martial arts is right for them. Plus, you keep the FREE uniform (worth £35) regardless of whether you continue!
